Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Eurolab International Grup is seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and evaluation of trade marketing activities across Albania. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on campaign management to drive brand growth in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and propose annual trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategies, business objectives and market KPIs.
• Lead implementation of in‑store promotions, BTL campaigns, events, activations, sponsorships and POSM management, ensuring timely and cost‑effective execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity, analyse performance data and recommend actions to improve sales results.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and maintain high‑quality visibility in the market.
• Support the development and performance management of the trade marketing team, setting objectives and KPIs.
• Plan, manage and control the trade marketing budget in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate with procurement to select and manage external suppliers, agencies and service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing or commercial roles, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of category management, consumer promotions and market analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
