Store Manager (Kierownik/Kierowniczka)

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead its Dealz outlet. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve sales targets.
• Organise daily work for yourself and the team, planning shifts and tasks.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Analyse sales results, prepare reports and act on insights.
• Handle non‑standard situations with effective decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with the regional manager on operational matters.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least two years of experience managing a team.
• Positive attitude and motivation to tackle daily challenges.
• Minimum two years of experience in retail or sales.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a group environment.
