About the role

BRINA Digital is looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join its team in Tirana. The role can be full‑time or part‑time (6 hours) and will primarily work on‑site with occasional hybrid options.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh, creative content ideas that align with brand objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends and understand what works for each brand.
• Organise tasks, manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Take ownership of assigned work and see it through to completion.
• Maintain high attention to detail in copywriting and visual assets.
• Collaborate across multiple brands and industries as needed.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a knack for innovative content.
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms and trends.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Responsible and able to drive projects to the finish line.
• Detail‑oriented with good eye for copy and visuals.
• Willing to work with diverse brands and sectors.

Required skills

• Content creation experience.
• Proficiency with Reels/TikTok formats.
• Familiarity with CapCut video editing.
• Design skills using Canva or Figma.
