Senior Cyber Security Presales Engineer

About the role

Lutech is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Presales Engineer to support its Proposal Engineering team. The role involves defining technical solutions and proposals for enterprise customers, contributing to innovative cybersecurity offers, and managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical pre‑sales support to the sales team and customers, ensuring high‑quality cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage tender processes, prepare required technical documentation, and align proposals with customer requirements.
• Design and size security architectures for both custom projects and standardized products, guaranteeing scalable and effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team, attend client meetings, and act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of proven pre‑sales experience in cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications, preferably Cisco (CCNA Security, CCNP Security or equivalents).
• Excellent German language skills (minimum B2/C1) – written and spoken.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and industry best practices.
• Design and sizing of network security architectures.
• Cisco security certifications (CCNA Security, CCNP Security).
