About the role
Andale Media is looking for a skilled field operator to join the team in producing TV shows and various projects. You will work on‑site, capturing high‑quality video and audio while collaborating closely with journalists and authors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct field recordings according to professional standards.
- Coordinate with reporters and writers during material production.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot camera and auxiliary filming equipment.
- Ensure optimal picture and sound quality throughout each shoot.
- Adapt to diverse work environments and meet shooting schedules and deadlines.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a field operator in media or production.
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexible hours and travel outside the city when needed.
- Strong teamwork, communication, responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Professional camera operation.
- Handling of filming accessories and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of lighting techniques.
- Understanding of visual composition.
- Audio recording proficiency.
