About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Dealz retail outlet, ensuring the team meets sales targets while delivering top‑class customer service. This role involves organizing daily operations, analysing performance data and collaborating closely with the regional manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and motivate the entire store team to achieve sales goals.
• Organise personal workload and that of the team, ensuring efficient store operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Continuously analyse and report sales results.
• Handle non‑standard situations with effective problem‑solving.
• Cooperate with the regional manager on strategic initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard and train new employees.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
• Motivated with a positive attitude toward daily challenges.
• Proven ability to organise work for self and others.
• At least two years in a similar role (manager or deputy manager).
• Capability to work under time pressure.
