Junior Reporting Analyst – BI & Reporting

About the role

Transcom is looking for a proactive Junior Reporting Analyst to join its Business Intelligence & Reporting team in Tirana. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and supporting billing processes across internal and external applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deep data analysis to extract actionable insights.
• Prepare and maintain reports from various internal and external systems.
• Support optimization and integration initiatives.
• Ensure data validity and accuracy in the billing process.
• Manage reporting and billing requirements for the team.
• Administer internal systems and respond to global reporting requests.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a university degree.
• Strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level); Italian is a plus.
