Junior QRM Specialist – Information Security

About the role

We are looking for a Junior QRM Specialist to support our information security and risk management initiatives. The role will involve managing security exceptions, monitoring key risk indicators, and assisting clients with security-related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Information Security Exception Management process and review exceptions according to SLAs.
• Maintain and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing new KRIs as needed.
• Support information security projects, coordinate activities, and track timelines.
• Assist clients with security questionnaires and provide expertise for business tenders.
• Facilitate internal and external information security audits.
• Research security improvements and present recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Legal Advisory.
• At least 1 year of experience in information security, risk management or regulatory compliance.
• Hands‑on experience in a compliance‑focused role.
• Knowledge of administrative, technical/logical and physical information security controls.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks such as DORA, NIS2 and the EU AI Act.
• Understanding of risk‑management frameworks; knowledge of CVSS v.4 is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) and comfortable with IT systems and data.
• Strong analytical, communication and service‑orientation skills.
