Graphic Designer (On-site, Tirana/Prishtina)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to work on‑site in either Tirana, Albania or Prishtina, Kosovo. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage product label designs from scratch or based on existing brand guidelines.
• Design marketing materials that align with brand standards and campaign requirements.
• Translate the Marketing Director’s creative direction into polished visual assets.
• Adapt existing artwork, layouts, and branding for various projects while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Manage multiple design projects independently, meeting deadlines and communicating progress via Outlook and other internal tools.

Required profile

• Professional experience in graphic design, preferably with label, packaging, or print assets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tirana or Prishtina during the specified schedule.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to receive and execute creative direction independently.
