About the role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising routine maintenance and repair processes for all systems and logistics within UNYT facilities. The role ensures that buildings, environments, and equipment remain functional, safe, and compliant with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform minor and major repairs on all buildings and equipment.
- Plan preventive maintenance measures for assets and premises.
- Monitor health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Supervise contractors during professional repair works.
- Inspect and maintain lighting, air‑conditioning, heating, and other building systems.
- Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are in good condition and used safely.
Required profile
- Professional or secondary school diploma with relevant certifications.
- Previous experience in technical maintenance or repairs.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Preferably proficient in English.
